✨I’ve been seriously slacking on my yoga practice these last few months, so I’m soooo happy that @stronger.yoga decided to start live streaming classes! If you find yourself stuck in the house, I highly recommend logging into @YouTube and trying out a class! Things feel completely different with this belly to work around and my total lack of balance 🤦🏻♀️, but movement is happiness so I’m back at it. 💪🏼💕
