Sad that 312 was a ballpark figure. It was horrifying to hear so many more names get called out to add to the list. 312 is already the largest number of unhoused recorded dead in a single year. Here are words and photos.

The list of the lost started at 312 names and grew by at least a dozen more during the annual ceremony.

After being forced to go virtual last year, Denver's annual Marade returned, drawing huge crowds (and plenty of politicians) to City Park for speeches by the MLK memorial, then heading along East Colfax Avenue to Civic Center Park for more community engagement. ._._
