Mix and Shoot Beverage Service (M&S), started out as a bartender’s club. By word of mouth & social media, grew into one of Colorado’s Premier Beverage Services.
Owner/Executive Mixologist Evan D., brought his values and vision of service from the military. After 10+ years as an Air Force Sharpshooter and Security Force Member, Evan had returned home to CO with the values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in all we DO. He shows that pride every time he bartends. He runs his life and business by staying true to himself, his clients, and his staff.
Evan started his bartending career, while stationed in North Dakota, at a Live Music Night Club. From bouncer to bar back, he moved up the ranks to running his own night behind the stick as Evan the Singing Bartender. It was there he learned to be an entertaining bartender and didn’t care what he had to do but to make sure the guests were happy, entertained, and received amazing drinks and hospitality. After North Dakota, Evan found himself in Las Vegas for a short period of time where he grew his knowledge of the bar scene. By tending to a few private parties, it was there that he knew what he had wanted to do, move back to Denver with his new family, and start M&S.
Once he returned home, the CO Native started to get back into the bar scene by tending around Denver and joining catering companies to gain knowledge and a reputation. All while attending MSU Denver as a full time student in the Beverage and Hospitality department and raising a new family with his wife April, daughter Skylin and son Brayden by his side.
