Was also the Afternoon Drive host at KSFM in Sacramento and KS1075 in Denver. Just returned home to Denver after a 4 year trip to Sacramento!

Well this is what we call an interesting day.... Woke up feeling a lil exhausted but it was our last day of our St Jude radiothon so pushed thru because it's such an important cause and it ended with a station record breaking $700,000+ in donations! 🎉 🎊 🎉 🎊 🎉

Go home and knock the heck out for 3 hours (and I never nap) head to Grizzly Rose for our St Jude Jam that I've been looking forward to forever... Go on stage with our team to introduce Bayker Blakenship and just as I'm about to start talking I feel an Eminem "moms spaghetti" moment coming. So I say my things... Turn the crowd up... And then smoothly hand off the mic, and yeah ya boy is very happy there's trashcans all over Grizzly Rose in private corners 😂😂

As terrible as I feel right now from probably my attempt at ground turkey spaghetti last night, so proud of the team and another record breaking year.... Imma knock out now lol

Had an awesome night last night checking out Ice! Featuring The Polar Express and Cirque Frost! Was my first time at Ga***rd Rockies Resort & Convention Center and what a beautiful resort it is. Great holiday fun for the family and highly recommend a trip over to check it out!

On this day Big Mic met Iron Mike and it was after 3 weeks of sessions at 9 Round kickboxing at the Drake & Kanye show ... Needless to say after my 3 weeks of experience, my expert knowledge encouraged to begin training and take on . Only half of this story is true but imma believe I had a part of history being made tomorrow.

Awwwww yeah I know a lot of people got turkey on the brain on this Thanksgiving eve but I was craving wings and heard @cmchickenusa was 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 and no lies were told! Got their wings lunch special with soy garlic sauce and their dumplings and evening came out great! Wings are massive and the dumblings are crisp and delicious!
