The family meal this week features foods from the Persian Gulf- where my father is from🤍 I’m excited to share a meal that’s close to my heart with you all. And a dip duo? Yes, please! Send a message letting me know how many I’m cooking for this week and it’ll be delivered to you Thursday evening.

🌿Dip Duo- Hummus & Roasted Tomato and Eggplant Dip
🍋Our hummus is a Persian version of a classic. A lemony and vibrant blend of chickpeas and tahini create this velvety, irresistible dip. Finished with rich olive oil, sumac, and parsley.
🍅Roasted tomato and eggplant dip. Vine ripened tomatoes, buttery eggplant, carmelized shallots, garlic and fresh herbs.
🌾Served with freshly baked and seasoned pita chips.
🥭Pickled Mango- fresh pickled champagne mangos, flavored with date syrup and pomegranate molasses. Finished with nigella seeds. A perfect accompaniment to the main.
🥘Meygoo Polo- Warm and aromatic dish made with Basmati rice, ginger, garlic, tomato and tamarind paste, fresh cilantro, dill and parsley topped with toasted slivered almonds, currants and perfectly seared & spiced shrimp.
🍓🫐 Fresh Fruit tart- buttery, crisp shortbread crust filled with a creamy lemon and vanilla custard, topped fresh fruits- finished with an orange apricot glaze.

We’re back! It’s been a busy catering season and we’ve been focused on perfecting those🙂Presented below is our final summer menu and it’s a show stopper! Be sure you get in on this goodness!

🍋Falafel- Chickpeas, herbs, coriander seeds, shallots and sesame seeds are pan fried until crisp. Served with a lemon tahini sauce. (A favorite amongst anyone who’s tried!)

🍅Grilled Tomatoes and Peppers- blistered and charred to perfection.

🌿Sumac pickled onions- Sweet red onion, sumac and parsley are quick pickled in lemon juice to make this perfect accompaniment for kabob.

🔥Marinated Grilled Chicken- tender, charcoal grilled chicken breast, drums and thighs marinated in a bright and tangy marinade of Persian lime juice, saffron, peppers and garlic.

🍑Palisade Peaches and Cream Cake- Fresh Palisade peaches, vanilla chiffon cake and an orange whipped cream come together to make this dessert irresistible!

It’s time for another family meal that’s sure to satisfy! This meal is a favorite amongst Persians. Tender and succulent honey-lime saffron salmon is the star of this spread.

🍅Roasted tomato and eggplant dip- vine ripened tomatoes, buttery eggplant, carmelized shallots and fresh herbs come together to create this enticing dip. Served with fresh pita.

🥒Mast Khiyar- Cucumber yogurt dip infused with lemon zest, fresh dill and garlic.

🍯Honey-Lime Saffron Salmon- 7oz. Salmon filet- saffron, honey and lime basted, then broiled to perfection.

🥮Spinach and Feta Tartlettes- Spinach, creamy feta, dill, mint and shallots create a divine filling for a crispy, flaky phyllo dough crust.

🥒Mast Khiyar- creamy yogurt mixed with Persian cucumber, lemon and Himalayan pink salt. Topped with rose petals and dried mint.

🍆Stuffed Eggplant – fire roasted then filled with Persian herbs and spices, ground beef, roasted cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers.

🍚Saffron Polo- Basmati rice steamed to perfection, then flavored with saffron.

🍯Baklava- Phyllo dough filled with a mixture of honey, rose water, pistachios walnuts and almonds. Baked until golden and drizzled with a saffron simple syrup.

🔥Joojeh kabob- tender charcoal grilled chicken breast that’s been marinated in a bright and tangy marinade of Persian lime juice, saffron, olive oil and yogurt.

🍚 Saffron Polo- Basmati rice steamed to perfection, then flavored with saffron.

🍓Strawberry Cheesecake Bites- Cinnamon, pecan and graham crust meet a perfectly smooth, creamy and lemony cheesecake filling. Topped with fresh strawberries and a strawberry coulis.

🌿Whipped Feta Crostini- salty whipped feta, sweet grape tomatoes and basil chiffonade atop baguette brushed in olive oil, baked until crisp.

🧄Mast-o moosir is an incredibly delicious yogurt dip made with Persian shallots. It is creamy, refreshing and the shallots add a stunning flavor and crunch to this dip.

🌻Saffron Polo- Basmati rice steamed to perfection, then flavored with saffron.

🔥 Grilled Honey-Lime Saffron Shrimp- 9 jumbo shrimp per person- marinated and basted in a saffron, garlic, honey and lime glaze- then grilled to perfection.

🍰Persian Love Cake- freshly ground cardamom and almond flour create a beautifully tender cake that’s finished with a rose water glaze, crushed pistachios and rose petals.

🍄 Wild Mushroom Tartlets- puff pastry, carmelized shallots- cremini, chanterelle, oyster, portobello, and button mushrooms, thyme and shredded gruyère create a deliciously balanced bite.

🥒Mast Khiyar- Cucumber yogurt dip infused with garlic, lemon zest and fresh dill.

🌻Saffron Polo- Beautifully steamed basmati flavored with saffron.

🍗Roasted Chicken- Roasted half chicken (per person) that is packed with flavors. The chicken is seasoned with a lemon rosemary spice rub and oven roasted to perfection. Golden brown on the outside, tender, and juicy on the inside. Served with roasted carrots and sweet onions.

🍓Fruit tart- buttery, crisp tart crust filled with lightly sweetened pastry cream- topped with fresh mango, strawberry, kiwi and blueberries- brushed with an orange-apricot glaze.
