We are hiring for the 2023 wedding season so come join our dream team!
Being on the A Touch of Bliss team means getting to work with a supportive, collaborative, and cheerful group!
We love sharing innovative designs, gorgeous dresses, ingenious solutions, pictures of our dogs and wedding stories with each other. Our team works a flexible schedule so we can be available for our clients. Our clients tend to work throughout the week so we plan for lots of happy-hour and weekend meetings.
Once you join our team you will shadow our lead planner’s meetings and attend various training sessions between January and May to prepare you for the upcoming wedding season, resulting in approximately fifty training hours. You can expect support from the team and through our mentorship program the entire year but especially during our busy season- May through October. Our team values communication with weekly and as needed client updates and brainstorm sessions. We all rely on each other’s expertise, experience and kindness. Each Day of Coordinator manages between 6 and 15 weddings per season, depending on availability. We go wherever our clients go, so be ready to explore this beautiful state and the mountains.
Event days are generally 12+ hours and you will definitely hit your 10,000 steps! Our coordinators always come prepared with water bottles and snacks since our meals are usually eaten once everyone else is dancing; good thing event food is delicious- and don’t forget about the cake! Our coordinators spend wedding days answering all of the questions, mitigating uncomfortable family dynamics, steaming bridesmaid dresses, carrying and setting up decorations and anything else that needs to be done. We are frequently the last person to leave at the end of the night- thank goodness we get the sugar from the cake!
