We ❤️ and this clip! The incredible Lisa Lottie, from The Netherlands, was booked for the 2020 festival (which was canceled). Hoping we can get her hooping (and brilliant personality) to Buskerfest soon.

Our Story

With heavy hearts we are canceling the 2020 Union Station Buskerfest due to current events.

We now turn our energy towards the 2021 festival and making it a Colorado celebration that is richer and brighter than before. Open access festivals with shows that celebrate people coming together to experience joy and delight is exactly what we’re all going to need.

The 5th Union Station Buskerfest was to take place outside Denver’s Union Station June 12 - 14, 2020. Featuring an international lineup of artists, this extravaganza aspires to cultivate a tradition of live street art and performance in the Mile-High City. Conceived by award-winning preservationist Dana Crawford, the Union Station Buskerfest will enliven Union Station’s fantastic public plaza and introduce Denver audiences of all ages to skilled performers specializing in the living traditions of busking and street theater. This event is open to the public and there is no admission fee. Buskers (or Street Performers) will ask for donations at the end of their shows. This is how Buskers make a living–traveling the world bringing entertainment to people of all walks of life–so if you can afford a tip, please be generous. Proceeds from select Union Station vendors will benefit Arts Street, an organization who encourages high-risk youth to channel their artistic talents into positive activity.
