Six months upon idea to creation, the business had grown so much Monica recruited friends, family and and other business staff with whom she grew relationships with throughout her many years in the hospitality industry. Here at Lady of Decourm , we understand that it is not easy to take care of

the big tasks and the small ones at the same time when you are "hosting" an event. We are your helping hand. Our strengths as a company are that we are able to remain flexible in order to accomodate the requests of clients big and small. Whether you call for planning assistance, staffing, bartending, on-site set up, clean up, registration, photograpghy, catering or simply a helping hand, we can coordinate all of the above and much more. Lady of Decorum caters to the busy mom, the business woman, the wife with little to no time for herself and her philanthropy, yet manages to get it all time and look fashionably effortless in the process.
