We have several menu items that you can choose from. All of our buffet menus are All That You Can Eat. You can rent the dancehall for private functions. We have BINGO every Tuesday night starting at 6:30. BINGO is put on by the Derby Lions Club. During the Spring, stop by while we are boiling sap to make Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. This year, we will be tapping around 5400 trees!! We sell our syrup all year. We will ship anywhere.

52 years ago today, a business was born. Paul's Sugarhouse and Dancehall turned from a dream to a reality. Both Paul and Rhina Letourneau wanted a place to welcome in the community. Over the years, many weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, bingos, and dances have happened over the years. We thank every person who has come thru our doors. The people are what keeps us going. We look forward to serving you with whatever type of function you have in mind for years to come. We will continue to keep the legacy of Paul and Rhina alive!!
