unity Center Rental Rates Effective 01-01-2018

Mon-Thurs $100
Fri/Sat/Sun $250
All holidays $250
Not-for-profit Mon-Thurs $50
Security deposit of $200 for all rentals

Rental for any two consecutive weekend days [Friday/Saturday; Saturday/Sunday] will be a combo rate of $375 for both days. Three weekend days will be $500.

*** Celebration of Life Rental: A special rental rate of $50 ** will apply for Celebration of Life events when the event is held within 2 weeks of making the reservation. For reservations with an event date greater than 2 weeks, the standard reservation policies and rental rates will apply. In both scenarios rental agreement and rules document must be completed and Liability Insurance per rental guidelines provided.

** For Derby Association members the rental rate is waived if Celebration of Life event is for spouse, domestic partner, child/step-child, parents, siblings, mother-or father in-law. Policy effective 2-06-19

Approximately 100 people can be seated using round tables and chairs for birthday parties, receptions, family reunions, and more. Approximately 200 people can be seated using only chairs for business presentations or meeting forums. WIFI, large 70" TV and indoor/outdoor PA System available to renters as well.
