We added all of these options because different societies have different requirements. Like some societies require registration first to verify membership, before they will accept an abstract. We just want to be able to give our clients all the options they need.

For over 15 years MeetingBloom has been working with scientific conferences, which is why abstract security is our top priority. We make sure your abstracts are secured by using Microsoft Defender for the Cloud. This service actively scans all of our cloud software packages for any vulnerabilities. We also store your abstracts in a Microsoft database to eliminate anyone trying to crawl the website to access abstract files.

Also, our attendees need to access the poster lists, which include the abstracts. To secure this we require attendees to login, and pass a “Google Recaptcha Picture Verifier”.

Abstract System Updates

We are constantly adding new features to our abstract management system. We just added a new feature to our abstract management/registration system, that gives the abstract submitter the capabilities to submit an abstract now, and register for the conference later. This gives the abstract submitter the capability to submit your abstract, then wait for your abstracts approval, without spending any money on the conference. In cases when there is an abstract fee, this helps the conference manager by not having two separate charges in the system to keep track of.

Yes, companies that have separate abstract submissions can do this, but because those companies abstract systems are separated from the registration, they require a manual abstract copy. And they have to complete this manual abstract copy every time a submitter changes something on an abstract. This process adds cost to conferences. That's why Meeting Bloom has the abstracts and registration in one system. We eliminate this labor which also eliminates extra costs and chances of errors.

Meeting Blooms abstract system lets your customer submit abstracts that contain more than just plain text. As a result of giving the freedom to submit detailed abstracts, your attendees can communicate their ideas better, and draw a larger crowd to your conference.

In the past, we limited abstracts to text because we had to print these abstracts in a physical book. Thanks to the “Go Green Initiative”, only 3% of conferences are printing in a physical book. As a result, we don’t need to put constraints on these abstracts anymore.

Meeting Bloom gives scientists and engineers the ability to show exactly what they want on their abstract without compromising their abstract. Our system allows abstracts with greek characters, images, charts, tables and formatting. We also have a peer review system to make review just as simple.
