This past weekend’s sandwich’s, fruit, and veggie platters for 40 people!
Sandwich platters included 20 mini croissant and 8 mini brioche rolls in ham/Swiss, turkey/provolone, and chicken salad. For a total of 84 sandwich’s!

Join us on May 20th, at 5:30 PM, for a "Charcuterie Soiree"! Presented by Southern Charcuterie Catering and Soiree Gifts.

If you have come to our previous workshop, where we learned grazing board charcuterie, don't hesitate to grab another ticket! Our summer-themed, May workshop is a fun twist on the original called- "Jar-cuterie." In this class we will learn about the single serving sized spin on the traditional board. We will be learning to build 3 types: appetizer, main, and dessert jars each with their own summer-time theme. Come prepared to mix, slice, and build your complementary "Jars" to take home when the class ends!

Not only informative and interactive, you won't leave hungry! You will receive a package of ingredients to practice with and taste during the presentation. After you will have the opportunity to eat to your fill from the giant Jar-cuterie board created during the presentation by Southern Charcuterie Catering.

After the class, Soirée Gifts will open for a private shopping Soirée for class attendees!
