We are in the final stages of preparation for a great wedding rehearsal dinner and two weddings this weekend. The menu selections range from Fajitas and wonderful appetizers to a wonderful Southern - style meal. We enjoy it when people select such flavorful menus for their guests.

The historic Dexter Roundhouse its the site for First State Bank annual Christmas party. We get the pleasure of serving a really great meal. Several appetizers, carved Prime Rib, Triple Chocolate peppermint cake with lots of other tasty treats will make for a festive evening. Fun people, great music, flavorful food - Its a party!

I just checked on the turkey in the smoker. The turkey is getting nicely golden as the Hickory smoke permeates each tasty morsel.

The smell of slowly burning Hickory adds such a distinct flavor to our Braggin Rights Brisket and Carolina Pulled Pork. Our fancy smoker is loaded with Brisket as it becomes (over many hours) what we call Braggin Rights Brisket. Darn it's good.

Our famous Braggin Rights Brisket with some tasty sides will be delivered tomorrow afternoon. Then we get to take the food to a really a fun rooftop party downtown with Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Mojito Chicken, Cumin Roasted Sweet Potatoes and a Cranberry Harvest Salad. It is so fun being able to help people host really great events! Think of us for your next great event.

Several weeks of catering fun. Two wonderful rehearsal dinners at West End Salvage, a beautiful wedding at the fabulous Cultural Center in Stuart (It's worth the drive to see it) and a couple of fun parties this weekend.

All of the preparations have been made for the Kemin 50th Anniversary celebration. We will be feeding about 1165 people tomorrow from 11:30 to 12:30. If all goes well they will be through the line much sooner than that! I am looking forward to an exciting event. Thanks Kemin for the opportunity!

We are in the final stages of preparation for Kemin Industries 50th anniversary employee celebration. This Friday we will serve lunch to 1,113 employees, stockholders, family and friends before they go to the Iowa State Fair. Stay tuned for more news about this fun event.
