Ten Fifteen has some news 📰

In December we found out that my husband, Jake will be deploying this summer. We knew this could be a possibility, though one we were hopeful to avoid for many reasons. The biggest reasons being the birth of our first little babe and because he’s the “oil” in our machine that helps make things go. He’s our builder, fixer, rental packer, and the muscles that help unload and load all of our big pieces. When he’s not doing those things behind the scenes, he’s taking care of home things so I can be away at weddings all weekend. With a new baby at home and only one parent to dedicate their time to both her and our home duties, we have decided to take a very limited number of weddings for 2025 and the first half of 2026. We already have some weddings booked for 2025 and inquiries rolling in still for this year. And while we wish we could say yes to all of them, we also have a desire to make sure that the weddings we do take feel supported for their big day. Being a new parent already takes a village and a big learning curve. Being a new parent without your teammate is another story and one that we know will come with a host of challenges. In order to be the best parent to our girl and the best planner to our clients, we feel this decision is best for right now.

We’re not going anywhere and look forward to serving our 2025 and 2026 clients on your big days! We’re just slowing down and kind of hitting the “pause button” for a minute.

We truly appreciate all of the inquiries of couples who are interested in working with us and the vendor friends who refer us. We’ll be back in “full force” once Jake is home and we have our Jack of all trades available to help man the ship.

We’ve been a little quiet over here lately and for good reason. We welcomed miss Sloane November to the family & Ten Fifteen crew on November 22.

We are soaking up all the snuggles and time as a family of three right now. We’re so in love with little miss.

We are still working with current clients for 2025 weddings and will be back to emails and inquiries soon for new clients. Thanks for all the well wishes from our vendor friends, past clients and current as we enjoy this time with our Sloaney girl 🫶🏼

Danielle and Josh were the sweetest couple! You could tell their love for each other is evident. They had the most beautiful day saying “I Do” on Middlebrook Farm and dancing the night away under a tent next to the garden with an incredible band from KC. No detail was missed on this one 🤍

IT’S OUR 1ST BIRTHDAY! 🎈

One year ago I officially launched Ten Fifteen Events and it’s been a fun journey since.

I’ve learned a lot as a business owner, tried new things, pushed the boundaries of my comfort zone and been a part of some really beautiful wedding days.

Thank you to all of my couples for being so incredible and inviting me to be a part of your day. To the sweet vendors who have welcomed me in with open arms, referred me, given advice, and become such great friends. To my coordinators who help with all of the day-of things to make wedding days smooth. To my friends and family for supporting me always. And to my husband for being my behind the scenes “build it, fix it, load it, pack it” guy, sounding board and biggest cheerleader. I couldn’t do any of this without all of you. So thank you 🤍

Still swooning over Brooke and Max’s beautiful day. Brooke knew she wanted simple and understated but simple certainly doesn’t have to be boring. From the seating chart to the place cards to the florals to the tablescapes, every choice was so intentional and beautiful.
