We cannot believe how fast this year is coming to an end, but we would love to give you a few things to look forward to in the new year!

First up is our Sous Chef dinner on January 11th at our West Club. Sous Chef Tanner Killinger & David Mysz have been hard at work creating a custom menu for our guests to enjoy. A 5 course meal awaits everyone along with a perfectly paired wine list, it is sure to be a GREAT way to spend a Saturday!

Second, our International Dining nights are coming back on January 15th with our First stop being Greece! Let Chef Randy and his kitchen team do the cooking for the night and enjoy the tastes of tropical Greece (while its freezing in Iowa 😉). Cocktail hour starts at 5:30pm and we still have a few spots available!

We still have a few tables left out at the West club for New Years Eve dinner, some enjoy some lakeside views while ringing in the New Year!

2 of 4 French chefs dinners have wrapped up for the 2024 year and with ✨flair✨.

Our downtown club hosted " A Dinner in Loire " that let our French chefs show off their skills with some beautiful plates made up of Vanilla Scallop and Lobster Cassolette with Tournedos Rossini style, mashed potatoes, mushroom and baby carrots. Not to mention the very tasty Hors d'oeuvres and beautiful views.

Our West club held a cooking demonstration where Carl and Lorette, our contest winning chefs demonstrated how they prepared their dishes. Following the show our guests were then treated to a wonderful French feast showing off both fully crafted plates along with a very delectable dessert.

Our Bistro nights are coming up this Friday and Saturday and we still have a bit of space for guests to come and enjoy this once a year delight! Give our West club a call at 515-244-9378 and reserve your spot while you still can! à bientôt✨
