Please join us for our FINAL WEEKEND! Come by this Friday 5-9pm , Saturday 12-9pm, and Sunday 12-6pm to get in some race time in before we lock our doors for the final time on Sunday, Febuary 25th, 2024 at 6pm! I will miss each and every one of my customers, every smile, every story, even every crash and most of all each and every person whom I have had the honor to get to know over the past years. Dad's slot cars has never been just a business to me. It has always been about family. The sounds of giggles and squeals of excitement to the smell of burning rubber. It's about hosting 99 year old birthday party celebrations. It's about generations of racers coming together to enjoy a racing day together as a family. Dads Slot Cars has been a second home to me for years... Unfortunately, with tears in my eyes, I have to say Dads Slot Cars has been listed for sale. We will continue to be open normal business hours for as long as we can until the building sells. Come on by for a final race. 🏁 Thank you to each and every customer for the love and support over the past 33 years. As Lightning Mcqueen says, "See ya at the finish line, buddy." 💔

AN ICE CREAM SOCIAL FOR THE AGES

It was a great night celebrating community at Dads Slot Cars last night. Races were had, friends were made, ice cream was ate.

One of my favorite things about Dad’s, which I was reminiscing with my friend Sean Oskerka 3rd Ward, is the ”15 minutes of racing per A” reward. For every “A” that kids bring home, they get 15 minutes of free racing.

It’s small and simple, but it’s a tradition that Dad’s carries on to this day. It’s things like this that build community, and why I hope we can all commit to stop into Dad’s from time to time, at least to grab some ice cream.

Stop by over the weekend, as they’re still our restaurant of the week through Monday.

Jet City is a special place.

Dad's Slot Cars suffered a huge loss last weekend with the passing of my Mom. She ran Dads Slot Cars for years always with a smile... She loved each and every customer like they were family. She is now reuinted with Dad in heaven and will be so greatly missed by so many. Please keep our family in your thoughts 💔
