Just when you think Nutcracker is done... a rush order for 6 snow tutus comes in, the fabric doesn't and you spend a furious weekend constructing ALL 6! Grateful to my husband and daughter for pitching in to help with the work.

Much to my frustration, a delay in my tulle delivery almost derailed me. Instead I decided to use my lag time to focus on the details and now have 6 beautifully, perfectly constructed basques ready for tulle and.....panties. Also going to be perfect!

Decided to squeeze tutu laundering in while we had some pretty weather. Comment below if you have questions on my process. Amazon links are included for the pool and clothesline. This clothesline is a game changer as it is currently lowered to tabletop height, making it much easier to get the tutus on top!

New project started! Can't find the textile I'm looking for? I'll just create it myself! I'm gonna do a little contest with this one. I'll send a custom commemorative Christmas ornament to the first person to guess what I'm constructing with this!
