We took a couple days off to spend a quick moment away from Schnitzels, Potatoes and Sausages up north in Traverse City with beloved family we rarely get to see and it was just beautiful! Now we are on our way back and jumping right into getting ready for a wonderful weekend!! Did you see the expected weather? *White Asparagus Dinner Announcement!*
As I grew up in (Eastern)Germany I lived very close to Beelitz which is chiefly known for its cultivation of white asparagus (Beelitzer Spargel)! I didn’t even know that green Spargel exists until I was about 20 years old 😁 In the last few year I made it back to Germany a few times during Spargelzeit and could enjoy this delicacy almost right from the field deliciously prepared! We will bring this experience to YOU! The German American Business Council of Michigan is organizing to fly in the Asparagus from Germany and we will prepare it right after arrival to serve it to you for this very special dinner at Lagerhaus 5! We hope you can join us for this one time opportunity ❤️ We will have more details later this week but secure your spot if you don’t wanna miss out on this!

(Almost) Every Saturday from 7-10 PM we will have some great live performers for you while DeutschTroit is having your favorite German food available and we are providing the refreshing beverages to go with that 😉😁 Come on in and enjoy some music with us! Prost 🍻

Good morning! Find the foodtruck today at Baffin Brewing Company from 5-8:30/9. Weather looks sunny for the evening so enjoy a Patio beer with a Schnitzel Sandwich and we will also have a super delicious creamy Potato Soup with us! Pretty sure you will find something. We will see you later… 🇩🇪❤️🇺🇸

What a day today! We had 2 wonderful crews going - at Lagerhaus 5 and on the Trailer at Urbanrest Brewing Company! Great evening and we are looking forward to more days like this! Nice and warm outside and happy customers eating awesome German food ❤️🍻

While is managing our first Thursday this year tonight at Lagerhaus 5 for Trivia Night - we are rolling up the foodtruck to Urbanrest Brewing Company in Ferndale! Let’s see if we can get a line like this again 😁🇩🇪❤️🇺🇸🍻

Hallöchen Ihr Alle 😁 What are you doing on this beautiful day? Enjoying the Sun a bit outside or thru the windows? We were prepping at Lagerhaus 5 for our extended menu starting tomorrow with our first Thursday being back open at Lagerhaus 5! Here are our kitchen-hours from now on and our new menu starting tomorrow is also attached! The are back and we got a new item with the super juicy Chicken Dippers! 🤩 Lagerhaus has slightly different hours - see their and our stories for all the details 😊 The kitchen will be open:
THU 4-8:30
FRI 4-9:30
SAT 11-9:30
SUN Noon-6:30
We might be closing 30 minutes before that if it is a veeeery slow day and after we made a last call 😊🇩🇪❤️🇺🇸

Good morning 😁☀️ It’s Sunday at Lagerhaus #5 today! Get one of those super delicious famous German rolled and braised beef sheets (pickles, mustard, bacon and onion rolled inside). Looks like our patio door will be open to let the sunshine in and the beer will be flowing. Get out, come to Eastern Market and enjoy some great food on our patio 🇩🇪❤️☀️ See you later…

The weekend is right around the corner - Yeah!! DeutschTroit is staying busy like little bees 😁 Tomorrow (Friday) we will be at Lagerhaus 5 from 3ish till 9:30 and we do have ready for you!! They are coming with housemade Bread Dumplings and delicious Brussels sprouts. Super yummy! 😍 And we are also providing food for a wedding in Ann Arbor and for a nice dinner in Royal Oak! And on top of all that we are having the Good Vibes Only DJ Collective and Services at Lagerhaus to make your evening and dinner even more fun ❤️🤩 What a start in the weekend! 🥳🇩🇪❤️🇺🇸
