We’re bringing all the flavor, comfort, and heat to The Sprout House Natural Market this Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm — and we can’t wait to feed you!

Our pop-up menu is packed with some of our most loved dumplings and shumai, each layered with bold spices, herbs, and sauces made from the heart. 💛🥟

WOW!! You all showed up and showed out — we’re officially cleaned out again!! 🥢❤️

Huge thanks to everyone who came through, whether you dined in or grabbed carry-out — we appreciate you more than words can say.
And can you believe we went through over 40 pounds of noodles?!
And the dumplings!‼️‼️‼️we lost track😫 Absolutely insane night!

Thank you for all the love, patience, and good vibes while we were slanging hard and getting those orders out.
We feel the love every single time and can’t wait to do it again!

Hey, Hey Dumplin fam 👋

🥶 The weather’s turning cold — and that means it’s pho season! 🍜

This Sunday at The Sprout House Natural Market (10 am–2 pm) we’re bringing out our special Hanoi–Northern Style Pho — simple, comforting, and full of deep, slow-cooked flavors

We’ll be serving it two ways:
✨ Traditional Pho — rich chicken broth, gluten-free, with your choice of seasoned chicken, beef, or tofu.
✨ Dry Pho (Phở trộn) — vegan, no broth, but packed with flavor, tossed with our special house sauce, fresh herbs, chili, peanuts, and all the Northern Vietnamese flair — also available with seasoned chicken, beef, or tofu.

Both dishes are slurp-worthy — so grab your chopsticks (and maybe a pair of glasses 👓 if you like it spicy 🌶️).

Come warm up with a bowl that’s anything but ordinary ❤️

And of course — our amazing dumplings will be on the menu too 🥟

Our highly requested ANGEL WINGS are landing! 🍗🔥

We’ve taken jumbo chicken wings, deboned them with care, and stuffed them with a craveable mix of ground chicken, bean thread noodles, black fungus, carrots, cabbage, onions, scallions, garlic, ginger, and our signature blend of spices. Then we smoke 'em to perfection and serve 'em with a sweet chili dipping sauce + a spicy Vietnamese papaya salad (hello peanuts, fried shallots & cilantro!).

You’ll be able to preorder them frozen — stuffed, seasoned, and ready for you to grill, bake, or smoke however you like.
