Hey Hey Dumplin fam 👋
As we are getting ready to wrap up our last weekend of spooky fun at Nightmare On Bagley this week, we are also preparing for Blitzen on Bagley in November. A couple of things that we are most excited about are our weekly rotating desserts and Comfort Food Sundays (family meals available for pre-ordering)!!
Dishes that we often enjoy with our families but don't have the extra time to make them, like the classis Cá Kho (Vietnamese Caramelized Catfish in pic⬆️), Bún bò Huế (aromatic beef noodle soup), braised sweet and savory pork ribs over rice, and for desserts, we will have fried Thai banana, fried sesame balls, and coconut flan!
More menu items to come, so stay tuned 😉 😋

We just wanted to take this moment to say thank you to everyone who came out this Sunday for our Spicy Hmong Kapoon.
It was such a pleasure to serve you this authentic version of an epic dish that is traditionally served in every Hmong, Laotian, and Thai home for family gatherings.
This is our special family recipe and we are so honored to share it with you.
We look forward to seeing you every Sunday to serve you again another hot and spicy bowl.

garnish with our scallion herb oil and choice of spicy or regular black vinegar ponzu sauce

make it a meal by adding it to our delicious red curry broth and choice of noodles 😋
