My absolute favorite (but definitely not quickest) way to cook a steak is sous vide.
I'll buy and slice a rib roast, vacuum seal with fresh herbs and a pat of butter then freeze. The sous vide process takes a couple hours but the end result, after a quick sear is perfection 😋 😋
