🌍 Happy Earth Day from Huntington Place! 🌍

Today we got our hands dirty (in the best way) and celebrated by building a butterfly garden 🦋 and giving our garden beds a fresh glow-up with beautiful new hostas! 🌿🌼

Huge thanks to our amazing partners at Premiere Landscaping Services for showing us the ropes—teaching our team how to properly plant, care for, and keep our new green additions thriving.

And yes… the irony was not lost on us that all this happened while hosting the Michigan Healthy Climate Conference 😄💚

Michelle has been bringing flavor to Huntington Place for 20 years—and let us tell you, cooking isn’t just her job, it’s her dream. From the time she was a kid, Michelle knew she belonged in the kitchen, and she’s been chasing that dream at full speed ever since.

✨ A whole food truck (yes, seriously!)

When does she sleep? We have no idea—but we do know she brings 1000% of her passion to everything she does. Her dedication, hustle, and love for food are truly inspiring, and we’re beyond proud to have her as part of the Huntington Place team.

In Detroit we work hard, but that means we get to play just as hard.

We just wrapped up our First Annual Huntington Place Office Olympics, and it was a hit (literally)! From Axe Toss to Putt-Putt—and even a full Home Run Derby setup right in half of our ballroom space—we brought the heat.

🍀How do you engage every employee in a building that runs 24/7?!? With a little luck and a lot of creativity!

For Huntington Place 313 Employee Appreciation Day, our marketing team launched a St. Paddy’s Day–themed Scavenger Hunt — hiding golden coin bags that link to prizes all over the venue and dropping clues at random hours, day and night. 🌙☀️

The hunt lasted nearly a month and turned into a nonstop adventure that brought day shift and night shift staff together in the best way. From secret hints to surprise discoveries, it was pure gold. ✨
