Good afternoon! We are open and ready to serve our fresh off the smoker BBQ. We are on M-15 & Richfield Rd at the Marathon Gas Station Plaza until 7pm. After you order take a pager to your car and get an alert when your food is ready. Average order takes 10 minutes or less. Get here early as we sold out by 5:30 last night! We are picking up another order from our friends over at The Country Market and will have fresh meats coming off of the smoker daily! We are our sold out of Ribs and our Egg-Rolls but have all of our other items coming fresh off the smoker. We’re at Marathon Gas Station on M-15 & Richfield today through Saturday (November 27th-30th) from Noon until 7 or we sell out. Meats will be coming off the smoker throughout the day and don’t forget to try our freshly made Sausage or Bourbon Glazed Bread Pudding! We are finishing up with a fresh batch of sausage this weekend! Thanks to Ryan at The Country Market for getting us all the extras we needed for the process and as always having the freshest meats around. Keep an eye out for us next week at our spot in Davison on M-15 & Richfield Rd. We will be offering sausage by the pound as well as our other fresh smoked meats and sides by the pound, Wednesday (November 27th)-Saturday (November 30th) with limited hours on thanksgiving for any pre-orders or last minute pickups. We will keep you all posted and hope everyone has a great weekend!

Good morning! We have fresh BBQ coming off of the smoker shortly. We will be open by Noon today (Sunday November 10th) at Marathon Plaza on M-15 & Richfield Rd in Davison. Come try our seasonal Caramel Apple Slushee and Bourbon Glazed Bread Pudding. Brisket sold out by 2 yesterday so a reminder to get out earlier in the day! Thanks to everyone who stopped out today! We sold out of brisket within a few hours of opening and had allot of people asking for it the rest of the day. We decided to put extra meats on the smoker and open tomorrow from 11-7pm or we sell out! See you at the Marathon Plaza on M-15 & Richfield Rd in Davison Sunday November 10th. We have an awning if it’s raining and also a pager system if you don’t want to wait outside for your food!

We are still open and serving fresh BBQ but we did just sell out of Brisket. It goes fast and we were selling pounds at a time since we opened up this morning. Sorry for any inconvenience but we smoke everything fresh daily and it takes anywhere from 14-18 hours. We do still have Pulled Pork, Ribs and the rest of the items off of our menu. Stop out for a sample of our Bourbon Glazed Bread Pudding!!!
