It's going down July 4th @ Riverside International Unity Fest . Please arrive early!!!! Bring your tents, bring your grills, or get you some international food such as jerk chicken from Jamaica, black rice from Haiti, Cassava from Liberia, Jollof rice from Ghana, Mexican fruit cups, and a host of food from various countries. Drum circle in effect. Soccer starts at 10 am. Women Net Ball Tournament on the Basketball Court. Boat rides touring the Detroit River provided by JW. Westcott. Bounce house. Featuring DJ WADA, DJ TJ, High Energy, and DJ Ablaze. Host of local artist and a band selection by Eclipse. Lots of fun, and most importantly family friendly. Please get your tickets on Eventbrite. It's that time of year again! Enjoy international vibes at Riverside Park (located by the Ambassador Bridge) on July 4th, 2024. Free to the public (still get tickets on Eventbrite for head count and raffle).... Set-up starts at 8am. All vendors and participants should be at the park early for good parking. Enjoy food from Liberia, Nigeria, Uganda, Jamaica, and Haiti. We may some Puerto Rican food too. Listen to Detroit Hottest International DJ's... DJ TJ, DJ WADA, HIGH ENERGY, and KILLAFACE..... After - party Afrobeat @ El Club....4114 West Vernor Ave....

Come and join us July 4th at Riverside Park in Detroit, MI located at 3085 West Jefferson, right by the Ambassador Bridge. Vendors will set-up at 9:00 am, Soccer will start at 10:00 am, and the grills will start going around 11:00 am. The children can start enjoying the Splash Pad at 12:00 pm. It's gonna be a day of excitement as the aroma of African, Caribbean, and Latino foods fill the air in the park. There will also be live entertainment and the best international DJ's Detroit has to offer. Special thanks to our continuous supporters, The Bass Association of Michigan, The Librarian Association of Michigan, The Haitian Network of Detroit, The Uganda Association of Michigan, The Gambia and Senegal community, The Peacock Lounge in Windsor, Canada, Oluchi African Hair Braiding, the Alkebulan Village, Ronos, and many others as we continue to build.

Also special thanks to VDJ Wada, Deej TJ, Splash-off Entertainment, High Energy, DJ Remix, and Killaface for rocking the park out with the latest Afrobeat, Soca, Kompa, Reggae, Hip Hop, Calypso, and Amapiano.
