The Bio of Caesar Torreano

I am Caesar Torreano, a multifaceted artist with over 16 years of experience in spoken word. I am the founder of The Poetry Can Be Anything Series and have published five books of poetry. From 2011 to 2016, I hosted Nandi's Knowledge Cafe OpenMicSeries.

My artistic collaborations include working with The Floacist from Floetry on The Flovortex in Detroit in 2016 and performing with the renowned Pu**ny Poets. I have had the privilege of performing at various venues, including Detroit Music Hall, Charles H. Wright Museum, and the Detroit Historical Museum. Through my art, one person's poem can be another person's moment of clarity. I strive to inspire and enlighten, believing that poetry has the power to provide love, peace and clarity tous all.
I look forward to contributing to this mission.
