This exciting event will take place on Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 4 pm to 9 pm at the Detroit is Different Garden located at 1634 Clements, Detroit, MI 48238.

🍃 The Collard Green Cook-Off will feature five dynamic chefs showcasing their culinary skills using collard greens sourced from Detroit's vibrant urban gardens. For our vegan and vegetarian guests, there will be delectable vegan collard greens to savor and enjoy.

👩‍🍳 The panel of esteemed judges includes Build Institute's CEO, Regina Ann-Campbell, who is thrilled to be part of this event. Joining her are Comedian Coco, Tepfirah Rushdan from Keep Growing Detroit, and Brittany March from itsFoodDetroit, making sure the competition is fierce and fun!
