A Note from Signature Selections by Sarella L.L.C. Today I would like to share some important information on the best way to order when selecting S.S. to Cater your food or Cater your food for your event.
💥 Catering your food means I will shop, prepare and deliver your dishes to desired location.
💥 Catering your event means I will be present to setup food I've prepared, serve and clean the serving area.
Signature Selections by Chef Sarella is currently open for available Events. However there are some simple steps necessary once you are ready to place your order.
I am a Full time Chef at the D.A.C and my availability can be limited at certain times of the year. So it is important to ....
💥FIRST reach out to S.S.by PHONE to discuss availability and your vision of menu for your event. This is where I get details and coordinate a fantastic menu to satisfy you and your guests! This is mandatory.....texts and emails can be confusing when creating.🙄

💥Pay deposit
You now have selected Signature Selections to Cater your food and/or event! Without following these steps....you do not have an actual order....just a consultation.🫠
