ZEPHYR - host of Alt947's Bacterium, Sacramento’s longest running mix show, has always listened to a wide variety of music and it is apparent in his mixes. He transcends through various genres and always pays homage to music throughout the generations. He is the winner of Best Deejay in Sacramento in 2015, 2016, and most recently in 2020. He has been an integral part of the local live music scene in Northern California, being a founding member of several award winning bands including Element of Soul and The Good Samaritans. LAVENDER PERSUASION joined forces with record label Perfect Dark in 2018 after showcasing his unique style as a special guest during the late-night slots of Perfect Dark events. His track selection ranges from deep cut soul classics to melodic house, UK garage to lovers rock. He grew up listening to Jerry Garcia, the blues greats and the pioneers of reggae. He's been playing guitar for over two decades. Connor is an aries and enjoys taking time to smell the roses.
