Last night we catered an event for the Illinois Supreme Court. I wasn't able to get pictures of everything but for dinner they had a salad with mixed greens, bacon, pecans, strawberries, red pepper and balsamic dressing - Monterey chicken, roasted veggies and roasted potatoes.
