As the 2026 Dothan Dragons season comes to an end, our hearts are a little heavy today. 💚🐉
Last night's game wasn't the ending any of us hoped for, but today we aren't just reflecting on one game—we're reflecting on three incredible seasons that have changed our family business in ways we never imagined.
When we partnered with the Dothan Dragons three years ago, everything was new. We were learning how to set up for large public events, safely operate four inflatables for hundreds of kids, manage extension cords, blowers, tents, tables, chairs, and make sure every child had a safe and fun experience. It was a lot to learn, but we embraced every challenge.
By our second season, we had gained experience and confidence. Even after replacing our 20x40 tent three different times because of severe weather, we kept showing up every home game ready to make Kids Zone the best part of the night for so many families.
This third season was something special.
We finally felt like we had mastered it. Four inflatables completely set up in under 30 minutes. We knew exactly which attractions worked best for large crowds, how to keep everything running smoothly, and most importantly, how to keep the kids safe while making sure everyone had fun.
One of the greatest blessings has been the friendships we've made along the way.
To The Party Penguin—thank you for two amazing seasons beside us. What started as neighboring vendors turned into a friendship we'll always be thankful for. We appreciate every conversation, every laugh, every business tip we shared, and yes... probably every shaved ice we bought to survive those hot game days! ❤️
A huge thank you to Enterprise Miniature Golf for joining us during the last four home games. Your amazing LED portable mini golf course gave families another incredible activity to enjoy, helped spread out the crowds, and honestly made Kids Zone run smoother than ever. Having that space occupied also helped eliminate many of the safety issues we faced in previous years with soccer balls, running kids, and damaged fencing. We truly enjoyed working alongside you.
Most of all...
We're proud of our kids.
They showed up every game ready to work. They learned responsibility, teamwork, customer service, and what it means to help build a family business. They spent their evenings making sure hundreds of children had smiles on their faces, and as parents, we couldn't be more proud.
To every parent who trusted us, every child who jumped on our inflatables, every kind word, every compliment, every smile, and every family who stopped by Kids Zone...

Your support means more than you'll ever know.
While last night's ending was heartbreaking, it doesn't take away everything this season gave us. We are incredibly grateful to the Dothan Dragons organization for allowing Vasquez Inflatables to be part of the game day experience for the past three years.
We would be honored to continue this partnership next season and can't wait to see what the future holds.
