Welcome to Berks Bites. I'm an English chef in the heart of Pennsylvania. I've been putting on events for friends for some time and decided to take the leap into doing this for a living. Scale is not a problem (Last October I cooked for 500 people at my church's harvest block party!)
Coming from England I have a passion for world cuisine, ranging from classic American barbecue through to complex Indian flavors, and everything in between.
