Last night the front right window at Victor's Flowers & Gifts was broken/vandalized. It was some time between the hours of 6pm Sat 3/30 and 10am Sun 3/31. If anyone has and information or knowledge of this incident please contact the Dover police department. In the 84+ years in business in Dover, we have never had any damage or vandalism. Just unfortunate to find this on Easter Sunday when we opened. No one was injured and no property was stolen. Just looking for some info.
