We were truly honored to serve the Rogers family yesterday as they gathered to bid farewell to a cherished loved one. Our dedicated in-house planning and decor team, Elan Shari Events, provided thoughtful assistance in coordinating the arrangements and creating an inviting atmosphere for the repast. Following the heartfelt service at St. Andrew’s Church, the family seamlessly transitioned to The Great Hall for a time of fellowship and remembrance.

We understand that grieving the loss of a loved one is an incredibly challenging journey, and our mission is to alleviate the stress and concerns often associated with planning the repast. It is always a privilege to collaborate with our esteemed partners at Family First Funeral Services, ensuring that every detail is managed with the utmost care and compassion, allowing families to focus on what truly matters—supporting one another and cherishing the memories of those they have lost.

We have received several calls about booking the venue this weekend, which has been booked solid for months. Some calls are because other venues canceled their events or double booked. And some because they assumed venues would be available at the last minute. We've been offered triple the booking rate to reschedule our current client's events. We do not do business like this! Once a client has booked a date (rental agreement signed and retainer/deposit paid), it's theirs unless they decide to cancel, no matter who comes after them and how much money is thrown at us. WE DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY!

Start with us first and early because dates book fast, especially on Saturdays and during special events and holidays.

Check out this stunning Sweet 16 celebration for Auriana! When we began planning her special day, she had a clear vision: a sneaker ball with a club vibe. She specifically requested no balloons, no flowers (because, let’s face it, when have you seen those at a club?), and absolutely no oversized photos of her.

So, we created “Club A’Moore” (pronounced Amor, which means love—a nod to her name) to bring her dream to life. The VIP lounge and the sneaker ice sculpture are still giving us all the feels!
