Lunch: taco bar, cheese quesadillas, tomato bisque, fruit tray, veggie tray, salad bar. Dinner: beef brisket, chicken breast with mushroom cheese sauce, baked potato casserole, green beans, cream cheese corn, yeast rolls, salad bar, fruit cobbler.
