We need your help!
Our biggest fundraiser of the year, Bag Bingo, is just around the corner, and we’re calling on all our amazing community members to help make this event a success.
Event Details:
Where: Downingtown West Cafeteria
When: March 1st
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks, including:
Setting up
Selling raffle tickets and checking guests in
Helping with concessions
Running bingo games
Cleaning up after the event
No matter your skills or availability, there’s a role for everyone!

Our big event is just a few days away!! We would like to invite the public to come to our Open House on Friday, May 31st from 8 to 10 pm at Downingtown West High School to view how we transform the school into our Beach Party Celebration. Feel free to bring your kids as we would love for them to see what our event is all about. Hope to see you there!

The Downingtown West Post Prom Committee is looking for volunteers to help set or break down our decorations for our Post Prom event on Friday, May 31st. We are looking for people to help hang decorations, blow up balloons and more. No experience is necessary! We need help Thursday and Friday afterschool/evening and then again Saturday morning after the event. We only need 2 to 3 hours of your time. It is a great way for parents of younger school children to see what our event is all about. We have lots and fun plus we feed our volunteers! Even if you do not have a child at West or the district, we welcome all help! Check out the signup genius below to sign up to help us out.
