Our big event is just a few days away!! We would like to invite the public to come to our Open House on Friday, May 31st from 8 to 10 pm at Downingtown West High School to view how we transform the school into our Beach Party Celebration. Feel free to bring your kids as we would love for them to see what our event is all about. Hope to see you there!

The Downingtown West Post Prom Committee is looking for volunteers to help set or break down our decorations for our Post Prom event on Friday, May 31st. We are looking for people to help hang decorations, blow up balloons and more. No experience is necessary! We need help Thursday and Friday afterschool/evening and then again Saturday morning after the event. We only need 2 to 3 hours of your time. It is a great way for parents of younger school children to see what our event is all about. We have lots and fun plus we feed our volunteers! Even if you do not have a child at West or the district, we welcome all help! Check out the signup genius below to sign up to help us out. This past weekend the Post Prom Committee and Home & School held our annual Designer Bag Bingo. With 250 guests in attendance, there was plenty of fun and prizes to be had. We would like to thank everyone who helped to make the night a success including the volunteers and the National Honor Society students. We hope everyone who attended had a great time! Congratulations to all the winners! See you next year!

While our event has sold out, we are desperately seeking volunteers to help the night be as successful as possible. We need people to help setup ahead of time, to help check in guests as they arrive and sell extra bingo cards, 50/50 and raffle tickets. If you volunteer, you can attend our event for free and recieve a set of 3 bingo cards to play along with everyone else. This is our largest fundraiser for our Post Prom event so we want to make sure it a success. Please consider volunteering even an hour of your time will be appreciated.
