It is time to start thinking about Discover Downsville Day on Saturday, August 23rd and we need YOU to help. Whether you have an hour or a day or a month, please help. This will be my last year organizing the event, so I would like someone to step up to help with this.

We need help in the following areas:
Organizer
Advertising
Thank you letter
Fundraising
Vendor recruiting
Event recruiting
Paying bills and receiving money
Picking up donations
Sending emails and letters
Helping with garbage the day of the event
Signage
Data Entry for Spreadsheet for events, donations and vendors
Raffle organization
Tent Setup
Ads in paper
ideas for new items
Facebook postings
and I am sure I missed something

30,000 new Rainbow Trout eggs arrived today. Aren't they pretty? They'll roll around in these vials for about a week, then they'll start hatching.

Prepping for our last weekend of Fall at The Creamery before we officially switch over to Christmas!

Regular hours:
Thursday 11-5
Friday 11-5
Saturday 10-5
Sunday 10-3

Don’t forget that this Saturday is our Fall at The Creamery event with a bake sale to benefit the Downsville Community Museum, apples and cider from Mary Dirty Face Farm, wine samples from Infinity Beverages Winery & Distillery, and prizes/discounts in the boutique!
