Test kitchen tonight. Trying to save some time and mess by doing "Party Ribs"! Precut ribs with a mustard binder and sweet honey and apple rub. Gonna be cooking over 20 racks for a party in a few weeks and I need to simplify some stuff!

The Weber Performer is rolling smoke today with apple and hickory. Fox Farm Prime brisket and Beef Dino Ribs, sweet Vidalia onion, Nathan's hot dogs, sweet Italian sausage, and Shotgun Shells! Hot and fast @350*. Love a beautiful day and cooking up a feast for no reason. 😆 Couple big catering parties coming up really soon, can't wait! Enjoy the weekend peeps! Cooler days are coming soon.

BBQ on Broadway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Even on vacation, still gotta eat well. Put together a new charcoal grill for some family and broke it in right! Kingsford and Applewood chunks did the trick.
