Guys, I am so excited for everything coming this spring! We've got Mother's Day and Weddings lined up, and the creative juices are already flowing! Also oddly enough, every wedding I seem to book for next month is purple... Odd coincidence? Or absolutely beautiful wedding trend because purple flowers are gorgeous? Either way I'm excited ☺️

Hi everyone! I figured I would do a reintroduction for all those who don't know me. My name is Beth, and I really love flowers and plants. I created Ginger Gardens because I wanted to be able to share that love of plants with everyone around me.

Because flowers are something that make me happy, I wanted to share a photo of this bouquet. It is honestly one of my favorite things I've ever made. The whole time making it I was absolutely giddy! It was everything I loved and more all in one big handful :)

I wanted to mention as well, I am booking weddings for 2021! I already have spots filling up for spring, and I am beyond excited to be a part of making people's wedding dreams a reality. Let me know if you or anyone you know have any special days up ahead!

I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to create this piece yesterday. It was something I was a little nervous for at first, but turned out better than I could have hoped! It's really rewarding to see how far I've come in such a short time. From my high school floral design class making my first boutonniere, to starting up my own practice and getting to stretch myself while taking on projects I could only have imagined when I was younger. I'm really thankful to everyone who has supported me and encouraged me throughout my learning process :)

Last year I had the amazing opportunity design flowers for one of my closest friend's weddings. I love designing with greenery and different textures. It's such a big aspect of design and there's so many options out there! Who says you need tons of flowers to make something beautiful?

Hello! Please enjoy the largest rose arrangement I have ever done 🌹75 roses all together, and for reference, it was 3 feet tall and 2.5 feet wide!

This arrangement also used pink mondial roses (the light pink ones) which happen to be one of my favorite types of rose ☺️
