When your baby turns 3 months old at the end of July, obviously you need a tiny poolside session. ☀️💦🍉

Three months is such a fun milestone to photograph—those chunky little legs, big gummy smiles, bright eyes, and SO much personality starting to come through.

And yes, I may be a little biased about this particular model. 🥹💕 Sienna is officially 3 months old, and I couldn’t resist creating this sweet summer setup to capture her exactly as she is right now.

These are the kinds of photos I love most—the ones that freeze all those tiny details that change way too quickly.

Because next summer, she’ll be the one actually jumping in the pool. 😭

I’m a little late sharing these since baby girl is already almost two months old, but I wanted these memories to have a place here.

This session almost didn’t happen. I showed up late, my eyes were puffy from crying, and I almost let Graham skip it. Looking back, I’m so grateful neither of those things stopped us.

This pregnancy was harder than my first, and I spent much of it trying to remember that it would likely be my last. The last kicks, the last growing belly, the last popsicle cravings, and the last time preparing to welcome a baby into our family.

I spent nine months planning for a home birth, but life had other plans. Even though things didn’t unfold the way I imagined, I’m so grateful for how our story turned out.

And these blooms? They are my absolute favorite. I’ve waited weeks for them before, and they hold special memories for me from years ago when I first photographed my stepdaughter among them.

Thank you, Michelle, for capturing this season so beautifully. These photos mean more to me than you’ll ever know. 🤍

For years, this page has been filled with the people and moments I love most — growing families, meaningful milestones, joyful chaos, tender little details, and stories worth remembering 🤍

And now… our own family story has grown again.

After a long and emotional journey, we welcomed our sweet baby girl into the world, and she has already changed us in the most beautiful ways. Becoming her mom has reminded me all over again why photographs matter so much. The sleepy newborn stretches, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, the way your older child looks at their new sibling, the exhausted but overwhelming love you feel in the middle of it all… these moments pass so quickly, but they deserve to be remembered forever.

Photography has always been more than “taking pictures” to me. It’s preserving connection, emotion, and the little things that someday become the big things.

I’m so grateful you’re here and following along — whether you’ve been here for years or are brand new. I can’t wait to continue capturing stories, including this new chapter of ours 🤍
