Braves wrestlers went to the Warhawk Classic at Great Crossing High School today.

Ethan Davis placed 2nd
Carson Webster placed 4th

Ethan Davis also scored his 100th win!

Yesterday Braves Wrestling competed in Harrison County. After a long day of competition, and hard work, Carson Webster and Ethan Davis both placed 1st in their weight classes.

120lbs - Carson Webster - Champion
126lbs - Ethan Davis - Champion

Carson Webster was also named the 106-144 MOW (most outstanding wrestler) for his outstanding upset over a higher ranked opponent!

Congratulations to our wrestlers who worked hard in the 2023 Kentucky State Wrestling Tournament this weekend in Wi******er, KY. Ethan Davis, 120lbs. placed 5th, taking on tough competition and coming out on top. Carson Webster wrestled extremely well, but came up a little short. Great season gentlemen!

Congratulations, Ethan Davis and Carson Webster for their results this weekend at the first round of the KHSAA State Wrestling Championships!
Ethan placed 2nd and Carson placed 8th! Both will advance to the state finals on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Braves wrestlers competed in the Region 6 Tournament today at Great Crossings High School. All the boys placed.
120 - Ethan Davis Regional Runner-up; he’ll advance to first round of State next weekend.
132 - Jaxon Franks - 4th Place; he’ll advance to first round of State next weekend.
113 - Carson Webster - 5th Place; he is an alternate.
Our boys have been putting in the work, and it shows!

Tonight in our home dual against Cooper High School and Harrison County High School our boys went undefeated! Way to represent GCHS wrestlers! It was also senior night for our two female wrestlers. Good luck at state this weekend ladies!
