Blessed with the opportunity to cook for roughly 30 linemen tonight. These guys are literally sleeping on cots and some of them are hundreds of miles from home, makes me realize things could be way worse.

Everything came together for me today at a local bbq competition and I was able to take home 1st place in ribs. None of this is possible without the two special women in my life keeping me motivated. Holly and Hailey y’all are the real MVP.

Reached out to an old navy buddy of mine and had him put a cutting board together for us that could take a beating and was big enough to process large amounts of food. Job well done Scott Leverett, we should be able to sling some brisket off this thing.
