Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share an important update with you all: I will no longer be hosting the annual Halloween Ball. This decision has been difficult, and I want to explain the reasons behind it.
Firstly, I will be relocating to another state in a few short weeks. This move will have made it challenging to organize and manage the event from a distance. Secondly, and most importantly, hosting the Halloween Ball has become financially unsustainable. Despite our best efforts, the costs involved in planning, venue rental, decorations, entertainment, and other logistics have far exceeded the revenue generated from ticket sales and sponsorships.
Over the past years, I have covered the shortfall out of pocket to ensure we all had a fantastic experience. However, this has become increasingly difficult to sustain. The financial strain has made it clear that continuing the event in its current form is no longer feasible.
I understand this news may be disappointing, especially for those who have eagerly looked forward to the Halloween Ball each year. Your support and enthusiasm have made every event truly special, and I am deeply grateful for that.
While we won't be able to continue the Halloween Ball tradition, I am exploring new ways to connect and create fun experiences for us all. Please stay tuned for updates on future events and activities.
