I think I should explain to the Gyro Nation what is on my mind: I am selling or trying to sell the building because I don't have the capital needed to fix/beautify/upkeep the gyro castle. After almost 2 years of road construction, sales/income were bismal. I don't blame customers for avoiding the construction area, but I think the city should have implemented some kind of program to help small business survive the construction times. "Sorry Yanni, doesn't pay the bills." For the Corner grill, the construction season lasted about 18 months. WAY TOO FRICKEN LONG TO BE WITHOUT INCOME, ESPECIALLY FOR A SMALL BUSINESS! THE SITUATION CREATED IS HARSH BUT THE GREEK IS STILL TRYING TO REMAIN POSITIVE. ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST, BUT THE GREEK JOINT NEEDS HELP. ANY VIABLE IDEAS??
