My sister is visiting from Costa Rica so we are cooking a dish from there that I just loved!

Tuesday will be Chopped Seven Layer Salads. Lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, bacon, cheese, with a homemade ranch dressing.

Wednesday is Arroz con Pollo (Costa Rican Chicken and Rice) Rice with chicken, fresh peppers, onions, cilantro, carrots, corn, peas.

Thursday will be taco bake made with ground beef, cheese, refried beans, corn and black beans and a cream sauce.

Place your orders asap!
