Reintroducing our BBQ & Catering Business, renowned for its slow-smoked barbecue crafted over genuine firewood. Baker’s BBQ & Catering is spearheaded by a dynamic Tampa Bay native couple, Stevie and Tia. Stevie's passion for barbecue ignited in his backyard, where he first used his custom-built pit smoker to delight family and friends. Over the years, he has refined his skills as a pit master, mentored by his father, Harry, who was celebrated in Tampa for his southern pit smoked BBQ served under the shade of a front yard tree. Tia, an elementary school principal, applies her leadership expertise in the kitchen, excelling in preparing southern comfort meals, alongside homemade side dishes and desserts.

Join Baker's BBQ & Catering at the Saturday Shoppes 2nd Annual 2025 Soul Fest! We are thrilled to bring our full menu, featuring tender pork and beef ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and an array of delicious side dishes, including our award-winning collard greens, at this vibrant celebration of culture, food, and community.

We are excited to introduce our latest NEW menu offerings, such as the OMG Bowl! This delicious dish includes smoked braised beef oxtail served on a bed of perfectly seasoned rice. Be sure to try our Chucky Chunky loaded Macaroni and Cheese Bowls, featuring creamy premium macaroni and cheese topped with your choice of pulled chicken, pulled pork, or chopped brisket, all generously drizzled with our distinctive BBQ Sauce.
