Sydney helped me test out my new camera! A Graflex Super D RB from the 1940s-50s. I shot 10 frames of 4x Kodak Portra 400 and developed them in CineStill Color Developer. Scanned on an Epson Perfection v850 Pro Scanner.

A few months back I received an email with a question about donating hair to .for.kids which I participate in. I had time that day so she came over right after work. We discussed several options, and she decided that if she was going to donate, she was going to donate as much as possible! By going this short, she was able to have over 12” of hair to send to them. I did most of her haircut with scissors and used an razor to cut the front, which can be flipped either way. Great transformation! If anybody is interested in donating your hair, send me a DM. You don’t have to go this short! There are several length options depending on the organization you send the hair to. But you need to cut at least 8” of hair to donate, and it cannot be bleached or colored for most organizations. If you cut your hair now, it will be back to being long enough to pull back for the summer! You can always come over for a consultation and I can go over options with you before making any decisions.

Dunmore Lady Bucks Volleyball 2024. It’s good to get away from using modern digital cameras that are auto focus and can shoot 12 frames per second! Step back to a time when you actually had to know what you are doing to take photos! The camera was on a tripod and prefocused on an area waiting for me to push the button then change the film and reset the camera.
Tech info: Photographed using a Graflex Speed Graphic 4x5 camera with a Kodak Aero Ektar 178mm lens from the 1940s. Photographed on HP5 pushed to 3200 developed in DD-X. Scanned on an v850 scanner. Only took 10 photos at that game. With my digital camera for the next game I did over 1000.

I have been wanting to do ringlet curls for a while and Kait want me to style her hair for a wedding. I love trying out different techniques.

I love taking photos & I love doing hair. Combing the two is the ultimate for me! When Kayleigh came for her senior photos, I knew she would look amazing with some curls in her hair. So off to the salon we went and a half hour later, curly hair! Back in the studio, I photographed her using a Hasselblad X2D with the XCD 135mm f2.8 lens. The 100 megapixel files are unbelievably detailed. The photos posted are unedited jpgs directly from the camera.

from Lakeland was at the studio for her formal senior photos today. In addition to the photographs, I also curled her hair to give her two different looks for her portraits. I photographed her with the XCD 135mm f2.8 lens on a Hasselblad x2d100c. The 100 megapixel images from this camera and lens are unbelievable!
