By The Numbers: The Woman's Club of Dunn wishes to thank the 750 ( combined businesses and individuals) that purchased our boxed lunches yesterday. This fundraiser included 15 volunteers, 52 quarts of home made chicken salad, 23 quarts of home made pimento cheese, 4 gallons of Duke's Mayo, 63 dozen croissants, 15 cases of potato chips, 28 cakes, dozens of brownies and other desserts, plus many hours of prep, organization, and miles of deliveries! This was by far the largest boxed lunch event we have attempted! A HUGH thank you to all that purchased one of our lunches! The proceeds will benefit both the ongoing and never ending maintenance of The Howard House along with other local non profit organizations. We will do it again in 2026. Next March, we will be hosting our Casino Night fundraiser, so stay tuned!!
