p those who help others in the area. In the past, we’ve supported the Durand Area Food Pantry, Brent Titus Music For Children Program, Pepin County Humane Society, seniors citizens programs, Durand Women’s Club ‘Fill a Backpack Program’, and the Pepin County Historical Society to name a few. At 1pm today we invite you to join us at either: https://www.facebook.com/bluesonthechippewa/live/ or www.beatlesonthechippewa.com Things ARE improving, but it's still not safe to get together in person for our annual “Beatles on the Chippewa” fundraiser at the Corral Bar & Riverside Grill , so again this year, we'll be having a ‘virtual’ Beatles on the Chippewa and streaming the performances online. On the lineup at this time (subject to change): Howard "Guitar" Luedtke & Blue Max Dave Arcari The Adams/LeBrun Duo Craig & Bruce Paquette Emily Annis Sue Orfield Band's Sue & Randy Mudcat Tim Caswell Kori Riesenweber Music Mark Cameron Band The Jim Pullman Band Tommy Bentz Band Fleet Feet Fred Josh Hoyer & Soul Colossal's Josh Hoyer Kaiged Acoustic While Beatles on the Chippewa has traditionally been a fundraiser to help us keep Blues on the Chippewa a free event, we understand that many folks are feeling financial strain due to layoffs, furloughs and closures due to the Pandemic. Even though we still welcome donations, we do NOT want people to feel obligated. Our intention behind holding the event online is so we can help the people who have helped us for so many years, enjoy a few hours of entertainment as the days of social/physical distancing add up. We HAVE begun the planning for Blues on the Chippewa 2021, so make plans to join us the weekend of August 6.
