High End Catering Company is looking for a head chef!

Kitchen located inside the Black Diamond Lodge in North County near Purgatory Ski Resort

Catering in-house weddings and events as well as occasional off-site events. Potential to build services for guests and other in house all inclusive packages.

Compensation and pay structure based on experience.

Looking for someone who:
Passionate about food
Goal Oriented
Strong Communication
Time Management
Self Inspired and Motivated
Wants to lead and manage their own kitchen
Create their own menus
Appreciates the flexibility of making their work place their own
A chef who can work within specific event budgets
Experience placing orders with distributors
Catering experience is sought after but not mandatory

DGO Catering Company is hiring an experienced catering coordinator to support our growing catering team!

Our kitchen space is located up north near Purgatory and the Nugget. We are currently operating a full service catering company as well as our restaurant and bar, Moose & Squirrel out of the same location.

Between the two businesses and with catering season approaching, there are plenty of hours to go around for the right person.

A self motivated individual, comfortable managing others, communicating with a variety of different people, organizing their own schedule and eager to grow this business with us. Must be able to wear a couple of different "uniforms", communication skills via text, email, & verbal are important. Willing to train the right person.

Starting pay is $15-20 an hour plus a percentage of each event.

Future options for salary and a incentivized compensation plan.
