“Food is love.” Is the mantra that Chef Heath Rowe lives by. Growing up in
rural Colorado, Chef Heath learned at a young age the value of freshness, and seasonality in fruits and vegetables. Early on he developed a passion, which would fuel his career. Getting his start at the renowned Café Terra Cotta in Arizona, he worked his way up to the position of Chef de Cuisine. Transitioning to the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the next 12 years, Heath found the people and food of the region to be truly unique. Showcasing his talents at such local venues as Del Frisco’s, Bistro Louise, Lonesome Dove, Fire Oak Grill, Grace, and Lightcatcher Winery and Bistro, Chef Heath refined his cuisine for the modern palate. Forever a student of the craft, he is constantly expanding his repertoire, while staying true to his roots. Returning to his home town, Chef Heath has found this blessing to be a great opportunity to share his food with the community he grew up with. During his career, Heath has had the opportunity to work with some great chefs. With an ever greater accumulation of knowledge, he now finds himself teaching his craft as much as he refines it.
