There were moments of everything at L&A’s celebration… quiet solitude, a river running through it, bird song, breeze through the trees and of course laughter and joy. There was jubilant clapping, crying - all forms of celebration as it should be. There was the sound of the Persian Sofreh ceremony rubbing of sugar cones blessing them, the words of Mary Oliver spoken celebrating all the beautiful complexity of loving and living. There was so much joy, elation and embracing all that is of coming together and joining families and histories. And then there was very much a raucous dance party and Persian throw down on the dance floor.

It was a true honor to be a part of it all and witness this beauty, this humbling magic of genuine love.

Some sweet sneak peek scenes from C+D’s intimate magical wedding a few weeks ago.

Their wedding day was one of those epic stormy days in the mountains that had us testing our back up contingency plans, but miraculously - as it often works out on a rainy wedding day… the sky let up and the beautiful magical ceremony commenced with a sunny extended cocktail hour to follow.
